Let’s be clear: Team Wendy ballistic helmets and bump helmets are built to be customizable. Whether you’re buying from us or elsewhere, you have a lot of options in front of you. Our helmets accommodate the vast majority of third-party accessories.
 
The accessories in our own shop range from counterweight kits to mandibles to ear covers and more. Maybe you need to replace your ballistic helmet pads, want to update your rail system or need a tactical helmet cover. Each item has a unique purpose and function in the field. 

Below you’ll see how teams have kitted out Team Wendy helmets with accessories designed by Team Wendy’s acclaimed engineers. Every product was rigorously tested so that it’ll have your trust out in the field.

Industrial Grade
The Team Wendy EXFIL^® Rail 3.0 system pictured above features a built-in picatinny rail at its front so the wearer can quickly add or remove our EXFIL^® Ballistic Visor or EXFIL^® Face Shield without using tools. Plus, when it comes to helmet rail accessories, space is a valued commodity. The picatinny rail maximizes that space. The updated rail is a standard option on all Team Wendy ballistic and bump helmets. Modify your existing EXFIL^® Carbon or EXFIL^® LTP with a retrofit kit. There’s one for the EXFIL^® Ballistic, too.
 
Cover Me
Team Wendy helmet covers do more than canvas your helmet. They also provide much-needed cable management and loop patches are good for attaching additional gear. It’s easy to take on and off due to the hook/loop attachment. The stretch fabric across the top is a mix of nylon and spandex. A polyester mesh is featured on the sides. Watch the Tape

A quick search on YouTube shows you all kinds of footage you can capture with a camera mounted to  your helmet shroud. The Shroud Action Camera Adapter is compatible with Wilcox L4 series and similar helmet shrouds. Securely mount a GoPro^® or Garmin^® with no problem. 

Be Quick
Notice the EXFIL^® Peltor™ Quick Release Adapters hooked onto the accessory rails. These adapters work with all Peltor™ COMTAC systems and a variety of other brands and models. It also comes with a boom mic adapter.

The Standard
If you’re rocking the EXFIL^® Rail 2.0 system, then the standard EXFIL^® Peltor™ Headset Adapters might be for you. Like its offspring, it’s also compatible with all Peltor™ COMTAC systems and lots of other brands and models. Bypass a rigid metal headband with only a two-thumbscrew attachment that still allows for easy adjustment. Boom mic adapter included.

Winter Rush

Frostbite begins with numb, sometimes tingly skin and is capable of doing serious damage in a matter of minutes. Certain parts of the body are especially vulnerable. Use a helmet balaclava to add an extra layer of protection to your head and face.
