From September 29 through October 9, Team Wendy will be undergoing significant upgrades at our facility. To ensure a seamless transition and to facilitate these improvements, our facility will be temporarily shut down during this period.
The shutdown will begin September 29 at 5 p.m. EST, and we expect all systems to be back up and running at full capacity on October 9.
To prepare for this shutdown, Team Wendy will stop processing orders on September 23 at 11:59 p.m. EST. Any orders made on or after this date will be processed in the order they were received starting on October 9. Normal lead times may be increased as we handle an influx of orders.
During the upgrade process, all systems, including our sales, order processing, manufacturing, and shipping and receiving will be unavailable. Customer support, email, and phone communication with Team Wendy employees will be available but limited. We understand the inconvenience this may cause, and we apologize for any disruption to your business.
As employees will not have full access to their emails or phones during the system upgrade, the best place to check for updates regarding the closure will be TeamWendy.com or the Team Wendy social media channels.
